2016: The (Not Big or Fat) Quiz of the Year!
Today the lovely Amy from mummyfox tagged me in The (Not Big or Fat) Quiz of the Year 2016 and although it’s already 2017, I thought it would be nice to take a final look back over the past year:
What was your highlight of 2016?
Without a doubt it was the little man joining us. Born in July, he’s made an enormous impact on our lives and has completed our little family making us a party of 4.
Name one thing you are most likely to remember about 2016 if asked in five years time?
Same as the first…gainning a son will always be the main thing remembered about 2016 in 1, 5, 10 or 20 years time I think!

Name one pearl of wisdom from this year that you will carry with you through 2017
As long as we are together we can face anything. Team C vs. the world!
Do you have any new year resolutions?
I have a whole long list of goals all of which can be found here published on the blog today. 2017 is going to be a big year of change for us as family and I’m really excited about what is coming our way. It’s going to be a lot of hard work but (fingers crossed!!) it will be worth it.
How are you seeing in the new year?
We saw in the New Year quietly together and to be honest it was just like any other night (other than we stayed up past midnight!) The bears didn’t settle until quite late so it was gone 10 before both were down, so by the time the jobs were done we had time for a quick glass of bubbles before seeing in the bells. However that started off a host of fireworks in the village which woke up Darcie (she doesn’t like them so her sad little voice telling the fireworks to ‘go away’) was equally heartbreaking and cute.
