Action Heroes Rescue! Review
The Boy is ALL about heroes at the moment, whether they’re masked or no makes no difference to him as he is simply having a great time making sure the good guys keep the world safe. It is utterly adorable and I hope it’s something he never loses as he grows. It does mean that he has had a great time exploring the new Action Heroes mini-figures this summer. Read on to find out more!
WHAT IS ACTION HEROES RESCUE?
Action Heroes are adorable little interchangeable figures that have “pop and swap” engineering which allows the characters to swap character heads and change body pieces. We loved the fact that each of the little characters come with two expressions to swap around which really helps to enhance the game play for little people.
As the characters are all interchangeable, it also means that children can mix and match between the sets to allow for more combination options. The more you collect, the more you can pop and swap!
ACTION HEROES FIGURES
We were sent 2 Action Heroes figure sets to take a closer look at and what I liked about them was how wide the range is. In our sets, we had a police officer and his trusty K9 friend in one, along with a superhero and sports person in the other. So regardless of what kind of person your hero is, it seems like Action Heroes has you covered.
The figures stand at 7cm tall and all have that pop and swap technology making them completely interchangeable. All the sets also come with small themed accessories to go with your hero too.
ACTION HEROES SWAT TRUCK
Now your heroes have captured the bad guys, it’s time to get them off to jail and what better way to do it than in a SWAT truck? Both kids had a great time playing with as it came with so many great accessories. Over 20 of them in fact including traffic cones, barricades and even a drone!
I also love that they could be hidden away in the tray beneath the SWAT Truck. What’s not to love about a toy that allows you to keep things tidy too!!
WHAT WE THOUGHT
I have to say that both my two loved this toy equally. The Boy I think for the sense of right and wrong he got to act out while playing it, and The Bear loved the small world play aspect to it. Both had so much fun making up dangerous scenarios where their heroes got to swoop in and save the day!
The Action Heroes range is available to buy on Amazon now.
