My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure AD
My two bears have recently discovered gaming in a big way. Since we got them some Switch lites for Christmas, they’ve really enjoyed exploring a whole now world. So when we were recently asked to take a closer look at My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adenture game, I knew it was something that the Bear was more than ready for!!
THE PREMISE OF THE GAME
Sunny wants to bring magic back to Equestria by hosting the forgotten Maretime Bay Day festival – but some ponies are out to spoil her plans! Save the celebration by putting on fashion shows, finding the cutest animals, flying with Pegasi and more. Get a helping hoof from Hitch, Izzy, Zipp and Pipp along the way. And customise your ponies with new clothing, accessories and magic powers.
Be a Pony: Play as Sunny the adventurous Earth Pony and use her magic powers. Learn new powers: Unlock pony skills and accessories including clothing, purses and magic abilities.
TWO DIFFERENT GAMING OPTIONS
One thing we really liked about My Little Pony: A Maretime Bay Adventure, is that there are two play options available. Join in the main game and help Sunny bring back the festival, or you can simply have a few minutes fun by playing one of the mini games.
This ability to choose select gameplay to suit your mood gives children more options and control. Whether they just want a few minutes fun, or are happy to get lost in a world of Equestria adventure.
WHAT THE BEAR THOUGHT
It is a massive thumbs up from the Bear. She particularly liked the mini games and the graphics really appealed to her. At 7 years old she is at a great age where she still loves My Little Pony but also has the ability to get the most of our the game play on her Switch.
The only real downside to the game was that it didn’t take the Bear long to complete the game. However although the main gameplay is now complete, she’s still having a lot of fun collecting coins within the main game and playing on the mini games.
My Little Pony: A Maritime Adventure is available to purchase now.
Disclosure: we were sent a download code for this game for the purposes of this review. As always though all thoughts and opinions are our own.
