I am so pleased to confirm that we have once again been chosen as one of the Character Options ambassadors as part of their Stay Active range. This is such a great campaign that works hard to promote a number of family inclusive toys which everyone can enjoy together both indoors or outside. My two absolutely love being outside whenever they can so anything they can play in the garden is always a winner with me. This month we’ve been asked to take a closer look at Hip Hoppa.

WHAT IS A HIP HOPPA

This is something that I’ve never come across before, but basically it’s a jump and hop game ready to help you and little ones get fit and active in a fun way. It can be played both indoors and outside and all you have to do is hold on to the flexible handle strap, stand on the hop plate with one foot and then with a lot of coordination, hop up and bounce away!

There is no doubt the not only does the Hip Hoppa get you moving and encourages you to be active, but it also improves both your coordination and fitness levels! It does take a little practice to get the hang of so it is definitely more suited to the 6+ age range that it is targeting.

Also be aware, that you will need a ball pump needle to inflate your Hip Hoppa which isn’t included in the box. Once you’re fully inflated though, you’re ready to bounce away!

WHAT WE THOUGHT

Henry in particular really enjoyed this one and worked hard to get bouncing. He’s only just 6 years old so very much on the bottom end of the target audience and for that reason struggles to hop very many times in a row. That doesn’t stop him having a brilliant time trying though!
