Toilet Roll Dinosaurs
When I say this is a quick, easy and pretty much mess free craft, I mean it! With the weather on the turn and the possibility of even more time at home indoors with this kids, this is a really simple craft that will keep kids entertained for a little while.
WHAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR DINOSAUR CRAFTS
- Toilet roll tube
- Pens
- Scissors
And that’s it. I told you this was simple.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO TO MAKE A TOILET ROLL DINOSAUR
Fold your toilet roll tube flat and then draw the following shape on the tube ready to cut out. Then…….cut it out.
Once cut. unflattern to turn it back into a tube shape. The bottom of the tube makes the dinosaur legs where the top turns into the head and the tail. Fold down the longer edge to make the head, and the shorter edge the tail using the following image as a diagram.
You can now let your little ones lose with some pens and let them decorate their dinosaurs.
You could let them decorate their tubes first before marking and cutting, but my two enjoy colouring these in when they are dino shaped rather than a blank loo roll canvas.
Et viola! That is literally it. Like I said, this is such an incredibly quick and easy craft, it’s a good one to have up your sleeve for a rainy day after school activity to keep them happy until tea time.
